(Aerial) Yoga for Teens
The teen yoga classes are all about the things that move you. A regular yoga practice is a supportive companion in growing up.
We use elements of different yoga styles, journaling, meditation and aerial yoga in the sling!
What is the difference between teen yoga and adult yoga?
Teenagers have their own issues and concerns in their everyday lives. This is where we start every hour. A regular yoga practice should help young people to be strengthened in everyday school life, among friends and in everything that growing up entails. We deal with breathing exercises for test or lecture situations, talk about fears and hardships and how you can better cope with this stressful time through suitable exercises. We use elements of different yoga styles as well as the aerial cloth and sometimes also the wobble board.
hour structure
- Warm-up: Stretching and strength building, affirmations that encourage and allow you to experience self-efficacy
- Main part: Strengthening asanas (also in the aerial hammock) that let you feel your body and develop your posture. Yoga flows not only get you going in the studio, but can also be practiced at home.
- Relaxation: Breathing and meditation exercises that focus the mind and increase your concentration
