Courses for all levels and age groups

We offer children's yoga courses for everyone between the ages of two and 17. Individually tailored to the development of the children. Whether it's a fantasy journey or breathing exercises to help you through the stress of school life, we cater to the individual needs of the kids. Why not try out aerial or wobble yoga?

Strengthens family cohesion

Treat yourself to an hour of time alone with your child once a week. Promote your connection and do something for your body and mind. Recharge your batteries as a family for the next week and strengthen your bond.

Individual support for individual kids

Children's yoga offers a wide range of opportunities to support children in their healthy development. Coordinated postures train body awareness and targeted relaxation exercises help children learn to calm down. Highly sensitive children, children with ADHD or autism in particular will find their place with us.
