Positive effects of regular aerial yoga practice:
Whether you are a beginner or already have experience, all levels of experience are welcome at Aerial Pilates. Here, similar to traditional Pilates, the focus is on the so-called powerhouse, which includes the abdominal muscles, lower back and pelvic floor. This creates lean muscles and a feeling of inner strength that gives you new energy and zest for life.
It is a versatile, multidimensional full-body workout that not only addresses the physical but also the mental level. The cloth hangs at knee height, which allows you to perform all exercises with a feeling of weightlessness. Muscle building and posture are the focus of the training. The instability of the cloth reinforces each Pilates exercise, leading to better posture, more body tension and increased flexibility.
All levels, 50 min., Mondays 11:40 am, Thursdays: 7:00 pm

Both beginners and advanced practitioners can start aerial training, because the cloth makes the asanas much easier. Stretch out in the cloth, wrap yourself around and support your body specifically during exercises, stretch or go deeper into the strain. With aerial you can also perform asanas that are extremely difficult and time-consuming to learn on the ground. You can assume inverted positions, such as headstands or handstands, relatively quickly. Your body hangs securely, upside down, in the aerial yoga cloth. Yogis attribute rejuvenating and life-prolonging effects to the upside-down position. Every organ is freed from its usual position, which releases blockages and tension.
60 min.
Beginners: Tuesdays 8pm or Thursdays: 8p.m.
Intermediate / advanced: Tuesdays 6:45 p.m.
Earky Bird (all levels): Wednesdays 7:00 a.m.

If you meet the following criteria, you cannot participate or you must consult your doctor:
Acute or latent spinal damage, high blood pressure, increased intraocular pressure, glaucoma (only in hip hang asanas), after surgical interventions, epilepsy, pregnancy.
In Aerial Deep, the cloth is held at a height of about twenty centimeters above the ground during the exercises. Unlike classic aerial yoga, there are no inversions where you hang upside down in the cloth. Some of the exercises are performed dynamically, while others are held for longer.
While you remain in the stretching yoga positions, the aerial yoga cloth can help you wonderfully to perform and intensify the exercises. The cloth allows you to effectively train fascia and connective tissue. The workout is therefore also suitable for those who do not like upside down positions but still want to use all the advantages of the aerial cloth.
All fitness levels, 75 min., Mondays 5:45 pm
