After the birth and the postpartum period, you and your baby will experience very special moments in our courses. We loosen your stressed muscles, strengthen the pelvic floor and help you to build up a strong nervous system with breathing exercises and meditation.

Relax weightlessly.

Your body does great things during pregnancy and you deserve time to yourself, your body and mind. In this course we strengthen your confidence in your own power. Working with the aerial cloth helps you stay longer and easier in different exercises. Through different yoga postures you build up strength and at the same time you experience deep relaxation and weightlessness. This is a great relief, especially in the last trimester. You will also learn which sounds in the exhalation have a positive effect on your relaxation and which asanas will make your way to birth and the birth itself easier.

Back to Body & Mind. Your me-time with baby in two aerial yoga classes.

Your body and soul have done extraordinary things in the last few months. Our classes now give you the tools to regenerate physically and mentally after the birth and to start the first year with baby with energy and strength.​

We loosen your stressed muscles, strengthen the pelvic floor and help you to build up a strong nervous system with breathing exercises and meditation.

In the aerial cloth you will find support, deep relaxation and security. All classes can be booked separately and can be visited along your midwife recovery course.
