Family Yoga

Here the parents are not the bosses, but are also allowed to let go and discover the inner child within themselves. In our lively family yoga classes we spin stories and freely interpret asanas. The focus here is on the connection between parent and child.

By practicing together, parents and children bond with each other. Children learn to perceive their own bodies. Parent and child meet at eye level, respectfully and attentively. Practicing together as equals builds a trusting parent-child relationship. An important basis that will prove itself in possible future times of crisis. The child experiences self-esteem from the mother and/or father, regardless of performance. Family yoga is a good opportunity to experience self-efficacy and thus develop healthy self-esteem.

Our parent-child connection is essential for our well-being and health. We support and motivate each other while we train in the aerial cloth, explore our limits and relax. It is important to be mindful and respond to the needs of all participants, because this way we can strengthen each other.
